What’s Included
What comes with your slip.
- Water, trash, restrooms and parking.
- Dock lighting and access.
- The fuel dock, ship store and service department next door.
Electricity is metered and billed separately where your slip has a meter. Boats that hang past the end of the slip may carry an overhang charge.
You’ll need boat insurance, with the marina named on it. Overnight stays aboard are fine; living aboard isn’t.
