The right to use the improvements on a slip — an enclosure, a double deck, a lift. Some folks call these dockominiums. The slip itself isn’t for sale; you lease it from the marina like any other customer.
How a sale works
- Pick a listing or call the office.
- Apply and get approved, like any new customer.
- Sign your slip agreement and close through the marina.
