You are buying the seller's Usage Interest: the right to use the improvements listed above. The slip itself is not for sale; you lease it from the marina like any other customer.

The marina handles every sale. Once you are approved and sign your slip agreement, the Usage Interest transfers to you at closing. Improvements are sold as they are, so take a look before you buy.
