Grandpappy Point has slips available for rent for practically any size boat. We also offer weekend and overnight slip rentals along with a boat launch ramp. Check the prices listed below to find the slip or offer that fits your needs.  Storage Rates Power Boat Storage is figured on a square foot rate determined by height of roof and width of of slips as follows: Powerboats  20' Slip $99/mo or $999/yr   20' Slip $150/mo or $1500/yr   26' Slip $195/mo or $1950/yr   32' Slip $264/mo   40' Slip $396/mo   50' Slip $495/mo   60' Slip $594/mo  *Not all slips are available at this rate. SailBoats  20' Slip $120/mo   25' Slip $150/mo   26' Slip $156/mo   30' Slip $180/mo   35' Slip $231/mo   40' Slip $264/mo   45' Slip $300/mo  All slips require a minimum of a one year lease. All slips have electrical hookups and the charge is a monthly minimum of $2.60. Electrical meters being read each month and the customer is charged for actual kilowatt usage. Water is available on all docks during the summer months.  Overhang Charges If boat exceeds the length of the original slip length, the following rate applies per foot of overhang.  Sailboat $6.00/ft   Powerboat 18'-39' $7.50/ft   Powerboat 40'+ $9.00/ft  *Rate is based on the length of the boat or the original length of the slip whichever is greater.  Courtesy Slips Courtesy slips are available at the Grandpappy Gas Dock. Courtesy slips are free for those dining at The Point Restaurant. Courtesy slips are also available for those who need a place to dock for the night or weekend. The courtesy dock features nineteen 40' slips and four 20' slips, rates are as follows: Courtesy Slip Prices  20' Slip $15/night   40' Slip $35/night   40' Slip (w/ Electric) $50/night  Courtesy Slips are for temporary use only!  Boat Ramp Fees Boat ramp is available free of charge to all Grandpappy Point slip holders and cabin tenants. Weekend passes are offered for all campers and RV park tenants for the amount of $5.00. All out side customers are charged a fee of $5.00 a day for the use of the boat ramp.
