A Great Venue For Any Event Nestled among the trees, the 15,000 square foot Pavilion makes an excellent meeting and dining hall for larger groups up to 1500 people. The Pavilion includes a unique bar made from an old yacht. There is ample parking in the grass field nearby. Catering can also be arranged with local restaurants. Grandpappy's Pavillion is also used for the Annual Lakefest Regatta, which occurs in the spring.
